The Alabama Farmer’s Federation’s Young Farmers Division helps young producers prepare for their future with leadership development and personal growth. Opportunities such as leadership conferences, held annually at the state and national level, allow young agricultural leaders to serve the industry, build their skills and have fun. More than 300 gather during the state conference, and more than 700 young farmers and ranchers gather during the national conference every year to network and learn from the best-of-the-best.
