As young producers in today’s agriculture, we all have a responsibility to not only our families and operations, but to agriculture as a whole, as well as the environment, our communities, the nation and the world.

The Young Farmers Division gives young producers both opportunity and skill to help them give back. They are stepping up because they know that by taking action and being an active leader, they can make a difference where they live.

Youth Leadership Conference
June 20 - 22, 2008
The 2008 Alfa Youth Leadership Conference will be held June 20-22 at the Alabama 4-H Center in Columbiana, Alabama. Attendees participate in hands-on training in leadership, communication, teambuilding and problem solving.
